Policies

Please understand, these policies are put in place due to our limited availability as well as the time each service takes up on our stylists’ schedules. Thank you.


Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel an appointment up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within the 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the clients credit card on file.

Punctuality Policy

Things happen, we get it.
If the client is 10+ minutes late, the stylist retains the right to modify or potentially reschedule the service.
Modified services will still be charged full service pricing. If the service has to be rescheduled,
the client will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to their card on file.
These policies are in place so that the stylist does not run late for other scheduled appointments.

*Please allow time for yourself for traffic and parking, especially at peak times.
We have a complimentary parking garage on the side of of our building.

No Show Policy

If the client no shows to their scheduled appointment, the clients’ credit card will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your mane! Although we do not offer refunds on services provided, we will strive to correct anything you’re not lovin’ up to 14 days of completed service.

We do not offer refunds on retail, gift cards or boutique items.
